Renting a motorbike with Fleet CNX is easy. Simply pick a motorbike online or visit the Fleet Garage to see what’s available.

When you rent a motorbike, you’ll need to provide:

• A copy/photo of your passport (for foreigners)
• A copy/photo of your visa stamp (for foreigners)
• A copy/photo of your ID card or passport (for Thai citizens)
• A refundable security deposit of 2,000 THB (for 110-160cc bikes)
• Payment for the rental period

You can use our online booking system to reserve or extend your motorbike rental at any time.

For your safety, we expect you to have prior riding experience before renting a motorbike in Thailand. Please note that you must hold either a valid Thai motorbike license, OR a valid motorbike license from your home country along with an International Driving Permit (IDP). Without the correct license, you will face police fines, and in the event of an accident, your insurance will be invalid. If you do not feel confident riding here, we strongly advise against renting a bike and recommend using public transportation during your time in Chiang Mai.

All Fleet riders are covered by Thailand’s compulsory government medical insurance (Por Ror Bor). This policy provides riders holding a valid Thai motorbike license or an International Driving Permit (IDP) with a motorcycle endorsement up to 30,000 Baht in emergency medical coverage in the event of an accident (does not cover vehicle damage).

We strongly advise all riders to have their own comprehensive travel and health insurance from their home country for full protection in Thailand.

A valid license is required for all riders in Thailand. Therefore, you must hold either a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or a Thai motorbike license. If you ride without the correct license, or mislead our staff regarding your driving status, Fleet CNX accepts no liability for any fines, legal consequences, or accidents.

If you get into an accident, please do not panic and focus on your safety. We recommend that you first contact medical authorities to treat any injuries to yourself and/or anyone else involved in the accident.

Cleaning fees? You have nothing to worry about. Even if you go offroading, all motorbike rentals with Fleet include complimentary cleaning fees. So go and enjoy your experience here in Chiang Mai, Thailand!

Yes! We can deliver your motorbike anywhere in Chiang Mai province. Simply pick your delivery location when you book a bike online.

We charge 200 baht for all deliveries within 3 km of Chiang Mai’s city center and an additional 150 baht per kilometre outside this area.

We believe in making motorbike rentals in Chiang Mai easy and convenient for everyone. That’s why we provide you with a full tank of gas before we drop it off or you pick it up. 

No time to refuel? Don't stress about searching for a gas station before your flight. If you return the bike with less than a full tank, you can simply pay for the missing fuel directly at our shop upon return.

You’re welcome to let anyone you want use the motorbike you rented. But, you are fully responsible for any damages and repairs when you return the motorbike to us. 

If you don’t trust a friend or family to ride your motorbike safely - it’s probably best not to let them use it.

We do not provide refunds for early returns on any motorbike rentals. This means that if you rent a bike for a month but return it after just one week, you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused time.

Motorbikes are in high demand in Chiang Mai. When you book a vehicle with us, we reserve it exclusively for you, making it unavailable to other potential customers. We maintain this strict no-refund policy to ensure fairness to all our riders and to keep our booking system running smoothly.
