You’re welcome to let anyone you want use the motorbike you rented. But, you are fully responsible for any damages and repairs when you return the motorbike to us.
If you don’t trust a friend or family to ride your motorbike safely - it’s probably best not to let them use it.
We do not provide refunds for any motorbike rentals.
That means, even if you rent a bike for a month and return the bike a week later - you will be charged the full rate and not eligible for a refund.
You might think this isn’t fair, but, there are plenty of people who want to rent a motorbike in Chiang Mai. When you rent a motorbike from us, that means other people may not have a chance to rent a motorbike and need to find another place to accommodate them.
We believe this is a fair practice to ensure a healthy (and happy) motorbike rental economy.
